If you have a digital camera, there should be a cord that plugs into one of the little outlet and the usb that plugs into your usb plug. If not, you always buy it wherever you got your camera from. You should have a software that you bought with your camera, that would help you upload your pictures to your computer. On the scanner you can upload by using your scanning software, you just lay your image on your scanner, and then either push the scanner button and the scanner menu will come up. Or either open up the scanner software and press scan. Well i hope that wasn’t confusing. Good luck!

I can answer #1 for you:
Believe or not, it was American cartoons that started the big eye trend such as the Fleischer and Disney cartoons. It was Tezuka Osamu, one of the pioneers of modern anime and manga who started experimenting American tradition of cartoons and comics with the traditional Japanese sequential art. Since then, many manga copied elements of his style.
Eyes are considered the windows of one’s soul, so the oversized eyes were used to emphasized the character’s emotions. Some manga use relative eye size to represent a certain age and personality. Sasami, from Tenchi Muyo, for instance was the youngest and most sensitive character and had the largest eyes of the cast.
The bizarre hair is usually a means to make the character stand out, a trademark of the character so to speak. But their are normal hair styles as well.
The pointy nose is just a shorcut to draw the nose and nothing more. There tends to be a few exceptions among the cast like this guy. http://deadrabbit.new21.net/aniland/mono…
Anyways, these are just generalizations and they don’t apply to every manga. You will probably find more radically different styles in older manga like those by Shigeru Mizuki. http://drawn.ca/2005/04/13/yokai-king/

i dont have an answer to question 1&3 but question 2 i can answer. you need to use a scanner. a scanner allows you to slip your drawing under neath it and scan an image of it on the computer.after that you could post it,email it,even computer color it on your computer.
