My Brother Is Lost Probably In India.?

My cousin (brother) whose name is Prakash Pudasaini has been lost for more than 7 years now from Kathmandu, Nepal. After being lost, we heard about him in 2004, and that time somebody saw him in Elephanta island in Mumbai. He used to have email address praleen_shestha@yahoo.co.in which is not working now.
After his disappearance, his parents are almost like dead. They are like much much fragile now. His mother got the uterus surgery lately and father is undergoing regular treatment for undiagnosed problem which is outcome of regular sorry and cry just because of his son is lost. They love him more than we can explain in words.
He has dark skin, black and silky hair, black eyes, little thin that time, 5 ft 7/8 inch height. He looks like Sri Lankan Cricket Player Sanath Jayasurya. At least his nose looks like absolutely like Jayasurya’s nose.
Last time we heard about him that he was in Ahemdabad in India. And heard that he had some dating with a girl name Rekha. But not for sure.
Just before his disappearance, he used to study in BSC in Environmental Science on second year in Tri Chandra College, Kathmandu, Nepal. He is kind of quiet boy.
A lot of imagination and expectation is going on about him, but he never contacts or wants to come in contact with friends and family.
While he was in Mumbai, we found that he used to carry a cell phone numbered 00919228193049. We have tried to call several times on that no. it goesnt go through. And it’s way expensive to call on that no. from Nepal.
We have no idea how to find him and where?? Because India is such a big country. Because we are still thinking he may be in India somewhere. First we heard he was in Mumbai, and then in Ahemdabad.
We got an idea to find him through that phone no., and find the address and as about him and finally make a dream come true ‘seeing him’. But I have no idea how can I get the address some information from that phone no. Because I dont know where that phone is registered.
We also heard that he used to work in Call Center in India.
He might have changed his name, I am not sure, but with the email address, may be into Praleen Shestha or somewhat like this. His real name is Prakash Pudasaini though.
I have no idea why he decided to be disappear, and wanted to be away from contact from any body known.
It’s all mystery. That is why his parents are soo soo worried and moaning about him.
If somebody could help to find him or at least some message about him, that is the life saving help for us.
His parents can worship you forever, even they say can work as your servant forever. Give all the property they have. But they want to get or hear about their son.
I dont know his birth date. But I can post that here after asking about that.
